We just moved in but I'm compelled to leave a review already as our experience so far has been excellent. Beginning with ... the first time we walked into the office for a tour, we were made to feel welcome and that attitude persisted through the entire application, approval, and move-in process. When we moved in, we found the unit to be thoroughly cleaned and everything - carpet, paint, and appliances - all in excellent shape! A few days after moving in, there was a problem with the AC. I called the office at 8:40 AM to report, someone was at my door at 9:15, and the problem was resolved 20 minutes later! Our first impressions of Stone Hedge Village are great and we're really glad to be here! ***Update - almost a year and a half later*** We are still super happy here. We have lived here for about 9 months now and we absolutely love it here! The staff here is amazing!! They are always ready ... to help! Whether you have a problem at 5 am or 10 pm maintenance is always quick to respond and friendly. Jessica and Tatiana in the office are top notch and they are right on top of everything. We love our unit it is like our own little sanctuary that is still centrally located near everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone is here when it comes to the staff it really makes living here that much enjoyable. My fiancé and I have no plans on going anywhere anytime soon!! It's a great place!

I moved here in October 2012 and have enjoyed it! Being in a place that long, of course things will break over natural usage, ... wear and tear, etc. but their maintenance crew takes good care of you. I have also had great experiences with workers in the front office. They always helped me and have shown me respect. If they are unable to help with a situation (which is very rare) they are very good at pointing me in the right direction to where I can get it. I have looked around on a few occasions, trying to find other places to call home but have always come back to this place. Of course I look forward to getting a house at some point but until then, I plan to enjoy this townhome! Read More about It's a great place!
